In the event that you encounter an error message when trying to upload your scans, here's a viable workaround.
How to do this:
Connect your iPad to a desktop or laptop using a USB cord or lightning cable.
Open iTunes (for non-mac users, download itunes here: https://support.apple.com/kb/dl1615?locale=en_US)
Click the iPad icon (shown in picture below) > File sharing > Scanner > Download zip file
4. Download the file onto your desktop. It will look something like this:
5. Since the scan still needs to be processed, you will not be able to upload it directly into your account. Attach this file to the Intercom chat and we will clean it for you to upload directly.
