In the event that you encounter an error message when trying to upload your scans, here's a viable workaround. 

How to do this: 

  1. Connect your iPad to a desktop or laptop using a USB cord or lightning cable. 

  2. Open iTunes (for non-mac users, download itunes here: https://support.apple.com/kb/dl1615?locale=en_US

  3. Click the iPad icon (shown in picture below) > File sharing > Scanner > Download zip file

4. Download the file onto your desktop. It will look something like this: 

5. Since the scan still needs to be processed, you will not be able to upload it directly into your account. Send it to Jeremy Tearpock: [email protected] and include the following information: 

  • Your name 

  • Patient ID 

  • Scan date and time stamp 

Once I have the following information, I will manually process and upload it into your account. You will be notified once complete.
