Össur Leg order with Sockets:
Össur Leg order without Sockets (Socketless):
In Design Studio, the Save and order button serves to send the order to the Össur Fabrication facility in Orlando.
If this order is a Check socket only, the information within the Design Studio Save and Order button will serve as the order form and the pricing will be adjusted to reflect a Check-Socket-Only order.
If the order is a Complete Leg Order, use the same patient identifier and same PO number on the Order form above AND the Order form within design Studio.
